CEO Chief Executive Officer
Clive d’Adesky presently lives in Florida and serves as President of Acute Respiratory Solutions. Clive attended the University of Miami where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has over 30 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and applied those skills to the Medical Equipment world 15 years ago. Subsequently, Clive has made it his passion to remain informed and involved with all of the new advancements and developments in respiratory care. He witnessed both his parents suffer due to inadequate respiratory support as they passed, and has since made it his mission to try to devise the best respiratory solutions possible, to increase therapy effectiveness, patient tolerance, patient comfort, and a better patient standard of care.
Vice President
April d’Adesky presently lives in Florida and serves as Vice President of Acute Respiratory Solutions. April attended the Miami Art Institute and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. April has over 30 years of experience in Marketing and graphic design. April applied those skills over the past 15 years, focusing on Marketing and Finance in the Medical Equipment World. She has made it her passion to find creative financial tools to make healthcare affordable to those that need it most. She has worked diligently to get some of the latest and most innovative technologies to some of the poorest countries in the world. She now brings this passion alongside her husband Clive to Acute Respiratory Solutions.
COS Chief Operator of Sales
Taryn d’Adesky is presently living in Miami, Florida practicing as a Registered Nurse and actively furthering her career to become a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine at Florida International University. At her young age she has three years experience in the Intensive Care Unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital, floating to different floors but primarily stationed on respiratory and neurosurgical critical care units. With all she saw in the hospital, relevant to respiratory health especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic – she decided she wanted to make a difference in the world of respiratory care. She is now our Director of Sales and Nurse Educator informing our buyers and users on how this innovative equipment can truly alter the lives of our patients for the better.
Teri Shane
Teri has earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Business and Health Service Administration and has over 25 years of experience in medical equipment and supply field. She is self-motivated, energetic and is a versatile professional adept at effectively managing day to day operation, multiple projects and has exceptional customer support and solutions.
